I traded in my Viking gas range for this electric Frigidaire. It took some getting use to but so far I'm very happy. The bridging between the two elements works great for my griddle. The front panel is a bit loose and vibrates when I have the oven on. I'm not sure if that's normal or not. I will need to check that out at the store. Otherwise, it's a breeze to clean and is functioning great so far. I've only had it for a few weeks.

Disappointed with appliance, very disappointed with warrantee service

Got the range home, unpacked it, and plugged in to power. read the operators manual, started to test the unit. On page 25 of the "Electric Range use and care" pamphlet (#809216805 A June 2020) which came with the range, item 2: "turn OVEN MODE knob to POWER+PREHEAT the oven mode light will turn on" MINE DOES NOT!Item 5: ".... The preheat light will stay on until the preheating is finished." MINE DOES NOT! The light never comes on! I called Service on October 23, was in the queue for 37 minutes before a human responded. Heard an advert for Frigidaire water filters every 60 seconds while in the queue, before a "tech" promised I would be contacted by a repair technician to schedule an appointment to diagnose and repair my range. It is now the 2nd of November, and I have never been contacted by repair, I just got this request for review. In short, If I had to do it over, FRIGIDAIRE IS NOT THE BRAND I WOULD BRING HOME.

Venting & Temperature Issues

The appliance looks amazing, operation not so much. The oven cannot be programmed to exact temperatures. Example: It can be programmed to 350, 375 or 400 but nothing in between. The burners are either super hot or not so much. When you are cooking in the oven all the knobs on the stove get super hot. So hot you need to grab a hot pad to touch them. Super hazardous if you have little ones running around. I called Frigidaire and because I was six weeks outside of the year warranty the only option they had was to send a technician on my dime. I've owned Frigidaire appliances for the last 15 years or so and never had a problem. When I bought this stove I also bought a refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher. No problems with other appliances

This stove is gorgeous! The burners heat up quickly and the oven has a lot of features! I will say that the knobs and screen are very sensitive so I have to be careful leaning over the stove to grab something from a cabinet. The oven does take a bit to preheat but once it is to temp, it maintains heat better than any other oven I™€™ve ever had.

Stove hums and is still on an hour after I have turned it off. Knobs are hot so is cooktop. Very disappointed with this purchase, piece of crap.. I live in Arizona and when I turn my oven off, I want it off. Heating up my kitchen an hour after cooking in it. What a piece of junk. Just cycled off an hour after I turned the main selection to off. Overpriced, do your research, do not buy.

My husband had to have this range and it™€™s really nice but the first one delivered was defective and had to be replaced. The oven temperature knob freewheeled and did not work. The stem the knob was attached too was broken and could be pushed with your finger.No issues so far with the replacement. It did drop drastically in price and the company we purchased it from gave us the price difference back. Awesome!!!The only thing this range should have that it doesn™€™t is self a cleaning oven feature.

I chose this model bc it came highly recommended by the salesman and if had the style I was looking for. However, we have only used it a few times and already we have seen a f16 error reading twice that requires the appliance to be cleared or unplugged to reset. Many reviews have mentioned this same issue. The front control panel is super sensitive and lightly brushing against it will turn controls on. I see a potential danger here. I also notice the ceramic cook top is nowhere near as nice a quality as my precious stove and will require much more polishing and gentle care. I love the look but it is not the quality I would expect from an appliance at this price point. I am disappointed.

I highly recommend this electric range. The look is sleek. Performance is outstanding. The 5 range elements are efficient. Water boils in average time. A large pot of water boils in 18 minutes. A smaller pot boils in 5 minutes. The glass top is easy to clean with just a little soap and water on a cloth. The air fryer is superb! Fries come out perfect, without grease. My baking has never been better! I suggest to follow the instructions closely for baking with dark pans; decrease the temperature by 25 degrees. I purchased this range 2 months ago. It is even better than I expected. I love the oven racks. One rack has a slider/roller bar which makes it so easy to pull out the bakeware. The size of the oven is plenty big for a round pizza pan. The electronic panel light on the front of the stove is blue and easy on the eye. This range is user friendly, no complicated technology to figure out. I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase!

I hate this thing--the oven fan is loud, rattles, and goes on for twenty minutes after you use it. The glass top looks awful after a few months of use--distortions and stains even after using the correct kind of cleaner. The "stainless steel" rusts at the drop of a hat.

This is my 3 rd Frigidaire professional stove. I have always been happy with the performance. I do prefer a gas cooktop but in my home there is no gas available so I have to have electric. Love the updated look and the air fry feature. I am having a little time adjusting to the power of each burner which has never been an issue with my previous stoves. The oven has come on several times by just bumping the knobs not realizing it until feelibg the heat or smelling the oven
