My wife and I are extremely pleased with our recent FRIGIDAIRE Over-The-Range Microwave purchase. It was a nice upgrade from our 15-year old Kenmore which had expired two days prior. Our son did the removal and install for us in about 1/2 hour and was impressed with the templates and installation instructions that Frigidaire provided. The microwave's operation is extremely user friendly, it performs beautifully and we look forward to the utmost in satisfaction for many years to come!

Just replaced our really old Kenmore with this Frigidaire gallery microwave. Loving the look and ease of use. The fan is really too loud on high. Lights are bright and I can actually see what's cooking inside the microwave and on my stovetop. The Filters over the stovetop are confusing to install.

Searched for an over-the-range microwave that had a truly usable exhaust fan(I exhaust directly outside). Most microwave exhausts do a lousy job. This model with a third speed higher than many other microwave fans, simply does a superb job. On top of that, the lighting works wonderfully, illuminating the entire range top below. It goes without saying that the appliance microwaves extremely well, with easily understood instructions. Great product.

We bought an old house that had the kitchen renovated ten years ago. For her birthday, my wife wanted to replace the microwave oven over the stove. It was kind of loud, and the previous owner cooked without splatter control, so there were stains. I knew to get the same model in order to assure that the exhaust duct connection would align and that the whole unit would fit in the space. My wife is delighted with the new unit, and I am impressed. It is quieter and the LED lights are superior to the old. It exhausts like a champ. I will say that the old owners installed the exhaust damper backwards, which is why it exhaust much better. Pay attention to the picture in the instructions! The new unit is one inch taller, so you will need to remove the old bracket and install the new. Again, the new is superior; it has five points of support over the old of three points of support. The alignment support screws on top are placed differently, so new holes will need to be drilled, but use the template measurements and your measurements will be correct. A fine microwave!
